Strategy

In order to accomplish its mission ProEcclesia works on a number of parallel tracks.

Church Planting
In our church planting project we focus cities and towns with no significant evangelical presence, but with regional significance. We have identified twenty largest Polish cities that meet these criteria. Each serves as a strategic hub for its respective region shaping it economically, socially, and culturally. We hope to plant a dynamic new church in each of these cities, help it grow and begin to multiply into surrounding towns and communities in the region. Planting multiplying churches will insure the most strategic use of ProEcclesia’s resources and promote the creation of strong, contextualized, and regionally-led church networks.

Church Revitalization
Our strategy entails the mobilization of existing churches as well as the creation of leadership development and church planter care systems to support a growing church planting movement. We have partnered with international organizations such as Natural Church Development, Purpose-Driven Ministries, CoachNet International to make quality resources for designed church leadership available in Polish.

Connecting Projects, People & Resources
By connecting churches and individuals throughout Poland and abroad we hope to help provide the necessary momentum for the expansion of God’s Kingdom in our country as well as ample opportunities for believers to be blessed and stretched in their work for the Kingdom.
