Andrzej and Urszula Bajenski
Andrew brings over 30 years of ministry experience to ProEcclesia. 25 of these years he served at the senior pastor of Christian Fellowship in Warsaw. Under his visionary leadership the church grew to become the largest evangelical church in Poland, going on to plant 10 other congregations of the years, which make up an informal Warsaw Christian Fellowship Network. His studies include Warsaw Theological Academy and Hope International Universtiy, Fullerton, CA.
As a Christian Counselor for the past 12 years, Urszula’s ministry has always focused on coming alongside of individuals and couples to help them work through many of the difficulties that they face. Her wisdom and insight has had incredible impact into the lives of many families throughout Poland, and her gifts have played an important part in the life of the Puławska Church. Recently, Urszula has exited her position in Warsaw, and is coming alongside of ProEcclesia to use her gifts on a national scale. Her influence will now focus on working with the wives of Polish pastors, helping them work through many of the struggles that are facing women in this role.
Nate and Ola Berry
Nate and Ola Berry have been working alongside of ProEcclesia since 2010. Their focus has been to spearhead the establishment of a discipleship culture within the churches throughout Poland. Working as the Discipleship Coordinator within Puławska Church, they have been investing locally as well as nationally.
As discipleship has been developing men ready for full-time church ministry, Nate will now work as The ELI Project coordinator creating a process to develop high-caliber leaders for planting new churches, multiplying existing churches, and revitalizing dying churches.
Nate and Ola also serve as a naturally bridge between American and Polish churches and ministries and fostering international relationships.
Nate’s educational experiences took him from Michigan, to New York, to Florida and ultimately to Missouri where he obtained his degree in Pastoral Ministry and Missions from Baptist Bible College and Seminary.
